Puhua School's Commitment to Mandarin Language Development through YCT, HSK, and HSKK Exam Preparation Training 2026

Banyumas—In preparation for the Mandarin language competency exams YCT, HSK, and HSKK on October 17-18, 2026, Puhua School is organizing an intensive training program that will be held over 8 sessions every Saturday for 185 students who registered independently. Mandarin learning at Puhua not only focuses on vocabulary mastery but also encourages students to actively practice, understand the culture, communicate confidently, and gradually develop their skills

Exam preparation training is organized based on the participants' skill levels. For YCT 1, YCT 2, HSK 1, and HSK 2 levels, students participate in training for two hours. Meanwhile, participants of HSK 3 along with HSKK Beginner, HSK 4 with HSKK Intermediate, and HSK 5 with HSKK Advanced receive more intensive support for three hours.

Through these 8 meetings, students review the material according to their respective levels, strengthen their vocabulary and grammar, and practice listening, reading, writing, and speaking skills. Participants are also accustomed to understanding the format of exam questions, managing their time during tasks, identifying areas that still need improvement, and building more effective study strategies.

HSK or Hanyu Shuiping Kaoshi is a standardized test of Mandarin language proficiency for non-native speakers. Meanwhile, YCT or Youth Chinese Test is aimed at school-age students. To strengthen speaking skills, participants at certain levels also take HSKK or Hanyu Shuiping Kouyu Kaoshi. These three tests serve as a means of measuring Mandarin language competence that is used internationally.

Puhua School plays an important role in the development of the Mandarin language learning ecosystem in Indonesia. Since 2010, Puhua has been recorded as one of the 16 official institutions administering the HSK exam in Indonesia and has conducted the YCT, HSK, and HSKK exams with participant numbers reaching tens of thousands. This role emphasizes that Puhua not only provides Mandarin language learning in the classroom but also offers a structured and internationally recognized competency measurement pathway.

With the support of teachers, a trilingual school ecosystem, and experience as an organizer of Mandarin proficiency exams, Puhua continues to be committed to preparing students who are confident, character-driven, adaptive, and ready to open up broader opportunities in the future.

Learn Mandarin, measure competence, open world opportunities.
