Celebration of the 81st Independence Day of Indonesia at Puhua School: Parents Join in Celebrating Independence

Banyumas—The best education is born from collaboration. At Puhua School, the school is not just a place for children to acquire knowledge, but a partner for parents in supporting every stage of their development. When families and schools work together, children gain a consistent environment for learning, building character, and discovering their best potential.

This spirit was felt during the celebration of the 81st anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia at Puhua School on August 17, 2026. The independence celebration became more than just an annual agenda. The presence and active involvement of parents at every level brought a warm experience for the children.

From Puhua Early Years to Secondary School, parents are not just present as spectators or companions. Specifically for the parents of R2 students, the Tampah Juang Nusantara competition becomes a moment full of laughter as well as a practice in teamwork. In Primary School, the spirit of togetherness is present through the Cardboard Dance and Tug of War competitions. Meanwhile, in Secondary School, the mothers showcase their creativity through the Healthy Bento Competition. They prepare and decorate lunch boxes with healthy, nutritious, and clean food ingredients.

The fathers contributed positive energy through the Futsal Competition with teachers and the Puhua staff team. The cheers of support from the students created a fun and meaningful experience, as the children witnessed the adults around them collaborating, following the rules, competing in a healthy manner, and enjoying the process together.

Children learn from what they see and feel. When parents are present at school activities, providing support, and engaging in important moments of their children. This collaboration also gives parents the opportunity to get to know their child's learning environment more closely, see how their child interacts, builds friendships, faces challenges, and enjoys the learning process together.

We believe that students will grow more confident, resilient, creative, and character-driven when they feel that home and school are two spaces that strengthen each other.

Thank you, Parents, for continuously being present, involved, and growing together, because every small step we take today can become a great foundation for our children's future.
